Knitting

Knitting is a fundamental textile process where fabric is created by interlocking loops of yarn, arranged either in a warp (vertical) or weft (horizontal) direction. This technique is divided into two main types: warp knitting, where yarns are aligned lengthwise, and weft knitting, where yarns run across the fabric's width. At Ameyaa Apparelss, our knitting division is equipped with cutting-edge machinery from Germany, Taiwan, and Italy, ensuring both precision and efficiency in fabric production. With 32 advanced machines, we produce 100% cotton and cotton elastane fabrics, boasting an annual capacity of 3000 MT. By incorporating the latest technology, our knitting processes not only enhance productivity but also improve fabric durability and aesthetic appeal, allowing us to meet diverse customer needs and stay at the forefront of textile innovation.

Dyeing

Our Dyeing facility is outfitted with cutting-edge Low Liquor Air Flow machinery from THEN, Germany. This advanced technology features an automated chemical dosing system that minimizes effluent discharge and reduces the need for manual intervention. Our plant has a robust capacity to handle up to 10,000 kgs of fabric per day. To ensure environmentally responsible operations, our water treatment facility includes comprehensive chemical, biological, and oxidation treatments, along with a four-stage reverse osmosis system and an evaporator. These features collectively contribute to our Zero Discharge status and C2C Gold Facility™ certification. This commitment to sustainability and efficiency enables us to deliver high-quality dyed fabrics while adhering to stringent environmental standards.

Cutting

Our Cutting section is equipped with a high-efficiency CAD system, specifically the GERBER system, which optimizes fabric use and minimizes waste. This advanced technology allows us to cut approximately 10,000 pieces per day with precision and accuracy. The CAD system's capabilities ensure that we achieve the best fabric efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality. By integrating sophisticated cutting technology into our production process, we can streamline operations, reduce material wastage, and enhance overall productivity. This approach helps us deliver consistent and high-quality garment pieces while adhering to strict production schedules.

Production

In our Production division, each garment undergoes a meticulous final inspection and pressing process using a vacuum ironing machine. The garments are then sorted and packed based on size, color, and destination to ensure timely and secure delivery. Our packing capacity stands at 10,000 pieces per day, reflecting our commitment to efficiency and organization. This careful handling and packaging process ensures that every garment reaches its destination in pristine condition. By focusing on precision and reliability in our production operations, we maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout our supply chain.
